What is Zero-Touch Enrollment?
Zero-Touch Enrollment (ZTE) eliminates the manual configuration process traditionally required when setting up managed devices. Instead of IT staff spending 15-30 minutes per device installing apps, configuring settings, and enrolling in management—or worse, having untrained end users attempt this—the entire process happens automatically.
The user simply scans a QR code during device setup, and within minutes, the device downloads your configuration profile, installs required applications, enforces security policies, and enrolls in your management platform—all without any technical knowledge required.

Setting Up Zero-Touch Enrollment
1 Create Configuration Profile
In your management console, define the configuration profile including apps to install, restrictions to enforce, Wi-Fi settings, and lock screen policies. This profile will be applied to every device that enrolls using this method.

2 Generate QR Codes

3 Distribute to End Users
Send QR codes to customers via email, SMS, or include printed cards in device packaging. Provide simple instructions: "When setting up your device, scan this QR code when prompted."
4 User Scans & Activates
During Android setup, users scan the QR code. The device automatically downloads your management app, applies policies, installs required applications, and completes enrollment—all in 2-3 minutes.
